At TUKU, we make sure you have the best experience while selecting and buying your favorite Combo. Despite our best efforts to keep our customers happy, there are times when you might feel the need to return your products for circumstances beyond your or our control.
We have listed everything below about our Cancellation and Refund policy so that in case you do decide to cancel your order, or seek refunds, you do not face any problem.
Shipping Policy
- The estimated Delivery time is 3-10 days from the date of purchase depending upon the location of delivery.
- We offer only Prepaid Payments option.
- Shipping Charges of Rs.60 applied.
- To ensure that your order is delivered on time, please make sure to provide complete address details with house number, floor, street name, landmark.

- If you receive a damaged parcel, please DONOT accept it and inform us through WhatsApp at 9407649006 (10AM-5PM) or email us contact@tuku.in.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order if it has not been shipped from our warehouse. Send a request to contact@tuku.in or WhatsApp us on 9407649006. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made in the given time for each mode. The amount will reflect back in your account in 4-5 days. However, if your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable. Replacement is only done , if the product is damaged.
Return Policy
TUKU provides hassle free returns for all products. We just want that you don’t use the products and keep them in their original condition. TUKU only accepts Returns/Replacement claim made made within the first 24 hours after delivery. Please also return any freebies & cards received with the order.
Any such complain raised after 24 hours of receiving the order may not be consider.
If the product you have received is damaged/missing/wrong product and if you want return the product-
1. For Wrong products, Customer is Advised to Take a video of Unboxing. Please don’t worry, in this case we just ask you to send the VideoĀ & pictures of theĀ wrong products and we will send you the correct products at your doorstep FREE OF COST.Ā
2. For damaged product Please don’t worry, in this case we just ask you to send the VideoĀ &Ā pictures of the damaged product , we will send you the correct products to your doorstep FREE OF COST OR if any single product but not more than two product is found as damagedĀ in combo products or in among allĀ products shippedĀ at once then seller shall have the full discretion to replace the damage products or refund the only damaged products price accordingly to the price the product in combo products OR in among all products shipped at once.
3. For Wrong productsĀ Please don’t worry, in this case we just ask you to send the VideoĀ &Ā pictures of the wrong products . If you have received a wrong products, make sure to not use the products and preserve it in it’s original condition as we will initiate the return of that product and the quality check of the product will be done at our warehouse. If anything is missing/used you will have to incur the charge of the same. We will be re-shipping you the correct product once we receive the wrong product back.
3. For Missing Products, Customer is Advised to Take a video of Unboxing. We will consider this as proof and helps us further Claim Insurance from the Courier Company. Without an Unboxing Video proof we do not consider the Missing Claims.Ā
4. Proper Unboxing Video-
a) Must show label on the package pasted by TUKU, with the Order ID.
b) Must be without any pauses or cuts.
c) Must show the products properly.
d) Kindly ensure the video is clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the jewelry is highlighted in zoom.
e) You must send us a video of the original labels and tags intact box. If the video is not shared as per the mentioned details we will be not able to cater any further request.
f) We will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further. Please note the insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honored. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the decisions.
5. Return and exchange for damage productĀ will be processed at the order level, not on a product-by-product basis. But subject to the condition that if any single product but not more than two product is found as damagedĀ in combo products or in among allĀ products shippedĀ at once then seller shall have the full discretion to replace the damage products or refund the only damaged products price accordingly to the price the product in combo products OR in among all products shipped at once.
6. Return and exchange for wrong productĀ will be processed at the order level, not on a product-by-product basis.Ā
7. In case of missing items in return orders, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but actual pickup doesn’t include all said items, the company has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This shall extend to promotional products, including but not limited to the free gifts.
8. Any single jewelry in a combo/gifts box cannot be replaced or returned Ā subject to the condition only if any single product but not more than two product is found as damagedĀ in combo products or in among allĀ products shippedĀ at once then seller shall have the full discretion to replace the damage products or refund the only damaged products price accordingly to the price the product in combo products OR in among all products shipped at once.
9. Products purchased in the period of a special promotional offer, contests, clearance or any special scheme, cannot be returned or replaced.
10. In case your parcel is returned because your not available or incomplete address or phone number is not reachable or village area or your fault to not receive the product then order won’t be cancelled and if customer has shared new location or even old location again then shipping cost has to paid again for the location. or if customer demandĀ cancel and refund then returnĀ and refund policy shall be applicable.
11. In any case customer want to return the product then customer has to return the freebies & cards received with the order and if the freebies & cards received with the order are not returned then it will directly reflect your refund by excluding its cost.

REFUND POLICY

Ā If you want to return the product then it should fall under the relevant criteria of any of the aforesaidĀ reason of Cancellation policy and Return Policy :

2. In case you wish a refund, a shipping charges will be deducted ( the cost that we had to incur while sending you and taking back the product) and the remaining amount will be refunded back to you and In case you self ship the product for return then only one side shipping charges will be deducted.
3. In case of prepaid orders, the amount will reflect back in your account in 4-5 days. For cash on delivery orders, we will asking you the account number and will transfer the amount there.

In Case of Return Pickups-
- Kindly pack the item securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Make sure to cover the items in a box and tape them properly.
- Products should be packed properly in the same box and proper taping should be done to the box to avoid any damages. (This directly affects your refund).
- Once the product reaches our warehouse, the quantity check will be done from our end the report will be sent to you on your email/phone.
- If any product is missing/damaged/used in the returns, the refund for that product will not be provided to you.
- This may take a time of around 7-10 days for you to get the refund/store credits (coupon code)
- No returns will be accepted in case the products are used or in non-saleable condition. All tags and labels need to be intact.
To Self ship the products-
- Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Make sure to cover the items in a box and tape them properly. We recommend you use a reliable courier services for returns.
- Please mail us the details of the courier partner through which you have returned the products.
- Products should be packed properly in the same box and proper taping should be done to the box to avoid any damages. (This directly affects your refund.)
- Once the product reaches our warehouse, the quality check will be done from our end and the report will be sent to you on your email/phone.
- If any product is missing/damaged/used in the returns, the refund for that product will not be provided to you.
